In the demanding world of mining and logistics, the Ore Tracking System (OTS) stands out as your game-changing ally. Powered by advanced RFID technology, OTS delivers unrivaled precision, eliminating errors with real-time tracking of tare and gross weights across weighbridges, hoppers, and security gates. It streamlines every process—outbound, inbound, and internal—saving time, enhancing safety, and boosting efficiency in even the toughest environments. With the intuitive VAB Report platform, you gain actionable insights through dynamic reports, while seamless integration with systems like SAP ensures OTS fits your unique needs. Backed by a team of industry experts, OTS doesn’t just meet expectations—it exceeds them, driving your operations to new heights of success. Choose OTS, and lead with confidence.
Real-time, error-free tracking of weights and touchpoints.
Efficient outbound, inbound, and internal movements.
Minimizes human involvement in hazardous zones with secure, touchless processes.
Dynamic reports and approvals via intuitive dashboard.
Backed by skilled field engineers for reliable performance.
Streamlined gate-to-gate operations, auto-validation of tare weights, and reduced wait times enhance operational efficiency.
Captures tare and gross weights automatically across multiple weighbridges, supporting single, double, and multi-point deliveries.
Provides instant access to daily movement reports, internal/external trip logs, overweight alerts, and open/incomplete trips.
The process begins at the fixed Registration & Invoicing Point, where vehicles are registered, and RFID tags are assigned. Security checks ensure authenticity, and invoicing is completed, all managed locally without internet reliance.
Vehicles are queued based on registration date/time, displayed on LED screens with PA announcements. A customizable prioritization algorithm ensures efficient gate entry, managed at fixed points without internet connectivity.
Registered trucks are scanned at the Gate-In point using RFID at fixed security gates. After validation, the in-time is captured, and traffic lights/boom barriers guide drivers into the plant premises, operating offline for speed and security.
Trucks proceed to fixed weighbridges (e.g., Weighbridge-1, Weighbridge-2) where RFID captures tare and gross weights automatically. Transactions are saved locally, reducing errors and enabling manless, 24/7 operations.
Trucks unload materials at fixed Unloading Hoppers, where RFID tracks the material for processing. Efficiency is monitored locally, enhancing plant productivity without internet dependency.
Trucks unload ore at designated hoppers where RFID tags are scanned to record delivery time, material type, and weight, enabling real-time tracking and processing initiation in OTS.
RFID handheld devices (e.g., PDAs) streamline tasks at loading/unloading points, gates, and security checks. Field engineers use these tools for real-time tracking and validation, operating offline at fixed sites.
At the Gate-Out point, trucks are scanned with RFID to validate trip completion. Only after confirmation (via local systems) are trucks allowed to exit, guided by traffic lights and boom barriers, ensuring secure, offline closure.
